Return Policy
For all products, we have a fixed return policy. All customers are requested to call our customer executive and inform them about the product issue they are facing. Our customer care executive will immediately get back to you about your complaint. We follow a quick return policy if the issue stated by the customer is verified. Within 7 to 10 working days, you can expect to return the goods to us. We accept the return of the product under the following circumstances:
- If the customer highlights a particular defect in the product. The defect has to be agreed/ established. Only then return is possible.
- If the product has been damaged during the sale
- If the customer has received the wrong product
Please note that products must be kept intact with the original packaging to facilitate an easy and quick return policy.
Refund Policy
If you’re looking for a refund, contact our customer care and our executive will get back to you immediately. Please note that we process the refund only after verifying the complete complaint of the customer. Within 10 to 15 days of requesting, we will verify and process the refund money. Please note that we can manually refund the amount except for the courier costs of individual couriers of Rs. 40 and combo couriers of Rs. 50. Once your refund has been approved, the same will be credited to your accounts in three ways: IMPS, Manually or online transactions. Ensure that you provide the correct set of information to get back the refund amount.
